Check in 4pm - Check out 11am

Park on the west side of the cabin, perpendicular to the kitchen wall. Do not park on the east side near the fire pit and picnic tables. (It's a drain field area)

No smoking of any kind inside the cabin.

Check Oklahoma Forestry Services, Comanche County, for burn ban before using the fire pit. Make sure the fire and embers are fully extinguished before checking out. 

Please be respectful of our neighbors and reduce noise. No large parties or gatherings.

Pets will be considered on a case by case basis with a $50 pet fee. If you have an approved pet, they are not allowed on the furniture or carpet upstairs (baby-gate provided).

Hot Tub Rules

•  The hot tub is set to 102° and ready. Feel free to turn the jets off and on and the heat up and down as you please. Please do not press any other buttons. 
• Rinse off before getting into the hot tub.
• See document for instructions on how to remove hot tub cover located in the house binder. Please ask if you cannot locate the instructions.
• As always please make sure to cover the tub when NOT in use as the heat will escape.
• Under no circumstances should anyone sit on the hot tub cover. This will result in damage to the hot tub and injury to the person.
• If you use the hot tub. Please pour in one cup of shock daily at the end of use. The cups of shock are located on the kitchen window ledge.

 Check out is at 11am 

• Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it with dishwasher tablet (provided under the kitchen sink).
• Start a load of towels and leave all other used towels on the floor (laundry pods provided in magnetic caddy attached to dryer).
• Bag up all trash and place in outside receptacle (located next to the tree around back).
• Do not make beds. Leave the pull out bedding on the bed downstairs if used.
• Log out of all streaming services you might have used on the tv.
• Completely extinguish the fire pit (embers included).
• Make sure hot tub cover is on.
• Make sure to take a last look around for any items you may have overlooked packing.
